This is a great concept album about the process of finding happiness, and being more lighthearted.
Dreamy
Who Cares? is more pop-influenced than the previous projects but Rex Orange County’s signatures are still very present — any listeners can related to a song!
Consistent
Most of the songs have a similar production or at least evoke the same feelings. However, they are all lyrically very distinct and the minimal production makes it more personnal.
